payments do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover for all
online transactions. For
off-line (mail) orders we accept money orders, personal and business
checks (personal checks must clear before orders are shipped)

How much is shipping
and do you ship outside United States.

We ship our products within United States and Canada ONLY, please note
however that we cannot provide tracking information for shipments
outside the US. For shipping rates please refer to

How long does it take
to receive cartridges from the time I order?

We ship cartridges fast using USPS Priority Mail. Most orders go
out the same day and should reach you within 1-5 business days.

I accidentally ordered
the wrong cartridge, what should I do next?

Notify us immediately of error. If your order hasn't been
shipped, we will cancel it and if it has it will have to be returned
for exchange.

I want to add more
items to an order I've just placed, what do I do?

Once you have checked out you can not add items to an order.
Please place another order.

Can two or more orders
be combined?

To avoid confusion and errors in the shipping department orders cannot
be combined.

I have just received
my order, but items in the box aren't same as the ones ordered, what
should I do?

You must notify us within 5 days of receipt in order to receive and
exchange. If you need your replacements faster, place another
order and then return those cartridges to us for a full refund.

I got my order but the
cartridge doesn't work, what's next?

Will I void product's
warranty by using your cartridges?

Absolutely NOT, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cannot void
your warranty because you use our cartridges. The brand of
supplies you choose to use is completely up to you. OEMs cannot
force you to use only their supplies.
It is just like if you buy FORD vehicle you may buy gasoline from Shell,
Sunoco, Amoco, Hess etc, and NOT from FORD. OEM parts have
always been super expensive and it didn't always mean better.
example. Try getting a replacement stereo for your car from the dealer
and it will cost you 500 bucks, look for an aftermarket super-duper
SONY unit and it will be around $200. Get the picture?
Just so you don't think
that we are making things up, we are posting a copy of the document
that protects customers using our supplies.

Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties
15 Section 2302
(c) No warrantor of a
consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such
product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any
article or service (other that article or service provided without
charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand,
trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this
subsection be waived by the commission if:
1) The warrantor
satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function
properly only if the article or service so identified is used in
connection with the warranted product, and
2) the Commission finds
that such a waiver is in the public interest.
Under no circumstances
may any company or associate, salesperson or service technician deny
you service or warranty work that would otherwise be covered under the
warranty program.

Do you guarantee that
your cartridges will work with my machine?

of manufacturing plants ensures that products are of highest quality

Which cartridges are
remanufactured and what does this mean?

All HP, Lexmark and Compaq cartridges are remanufactured. This
process uses empty cartridges that are being thoroughly cleaned and
refilled with top quality ink.
Real fact: Remanufactured cartridges often contain more ink than
their OEM counterparts.

How are you able to

We do our business in volume. We'd rather make a bit of money on each
item and have lots of happy customers, than sell few and make nobody
happy. We believe that once we offer such savings, our customers will
become loyal, come back to reorder and recommend us at every occasion
possible.

Why don't you accept
phone orders?

In order to accommodate such feature we would have to pay for tool
free line, phone system and people to operate it. This would highly
increase our overhead costs not allowing us to sell cartridges at
super low prices. Our shopping system is 100% internet based and
secure for best shopping experience.
