The cleaning cartridge is to be used in the following
circumstances:
- White lines occur when
printing documentations or pictures.
- Indistinctness or broken
lines occur in nozzle check pattern.
- Ink does not come down
during printing.
- Printer is used again
after a long period of disuse
- It is to be used before
replacing normal ink cartridge
- Life of print head can
be prolonged with regular cleaning.
Using steps:
- Take out the cleaning
cartridge from the poly bag, and tear off the yellow
part of the sealing film.
- Install it as same as
replace a new ink cartridge.
- Clean five times
according to printer operation instructions, print with
the cleaning cartridge, if there is no broken lines, and
pictures are clear in nozzle check pattern or test
printing page, then cleaning is finished.
- Repeat step (3) if
broken lines or indistinctness of pictures and words
still occur.
- If step (4) still does
not work, let the cleaning cartridge stay in the printer
for 12 hours before turning on the printer and repeat
step (3), if print head still cannot return to normal,
that means it is already damages and needs replacing.
- Take out the cleaning
cartridge after the cleaning, install a new ink
cartridge, clean print head twice and the printer is
ready to use.
- Wipe off the liquid from
the cartridge with tissue paper and seal the liquid exit
with the provided sealing stopper (Fig2), put the
cleaning cartridge into the sealing bag with liquid exit
downwards (Fig3), seal the bag and put it back into the
box for further use.
Notice:
- Seal the used cleaning
cartridge with sealing stopper to prevent the liquid
from drying.
- Dont put unsealed
cleaning cartridge anywhere to prevent the environment
from being polluted.
- Take off the sealing
stopper from the used cleaning cartridge before it is
installed for another use.
- Dont expose the print
head in air too long to avoid being damaged.
- The colored liquid in
the cleaning cartridge is for testing only, not for
normal printing.
- One cleaning cartridge
can be used for at least 10 times.
- The expiry is six months
after first use
No damage will be done to
print head if the cleaning cartridge is used according to
the current directions.
